The contents of these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use represent the contract that governs the commercial relationship between the Customer and the Seller.

HOW TO PURCHASE

PRODUCTS

SHIPPING IN ITALY
Shipments in Italy are made by GLS courier

There is a single shipping method throughout the national territory: express (with delivery within 3-4 working days) and free above an order of € 69.90.
SHIPMENTS ABROAD
Shipments to Europe and the rest of the world are made based on the carrier chosen by the customer when ordering.
All shipments made through the website www.leone1947apparel.com are accompanied by an official document declaring the value of the individual items in Euros; for items on sale, the receipt shows the discounted amounts.
Shipping costs may vary based on the weight of the packages being shipped.
The correct and definitive amount of the shipping costs will be displayed in the "cart" section of the site before completing the order and making the payment.
ATTENTION: For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties may be applied in accordance with the law in force in the country of destination.
ORDER TRACKING AND SHIPPING DELIVERY
When the Seller ships the order, Customers receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment. In case of delays due to the customs offices, the Customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by the Seller.
When the goods arrive, Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order concerning the goods purchased by him.
Once the notice of withdrawal has been received, the Seller is required to return the payments received within 14 days of receipt of the product at its warehouse. The sum returned to the customer will be the total of the returned products less shipping costs.
However, within the same 14-day term, the Customer is obliged to return the goods for which he has exercised the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is exercised with the return request through the site.
In any case of non-compliance with the conditions and methods of exercising the withdrawal and the conditions, methods and instructions for making the return referred to below, as well as in the event of damage to the products for reasons other than transport of the same, the order purchase will remain valid and effective.
CONDITIONS AND METHODS FOR EXERCISING THE WITHDRAWAL AND FOR MAKING THE RETURN
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. It is possible to ship the return only from the country/country where the order was placed.
The Seller is not liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of returned products; any related risk therefore remains the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.

RETURNS FROM ITALY
